Volunteer Opportunity! 

ACEC Indiana has been invited to participate in the Children's Museum of Indianapolis STEM Exploration Day. Students will learn from experts in various STEM professions while exploring their work with hands on activities and demonstrations. Volunteers are needed to facilitate a hands-on activity/demonstration. Volunteers are encouraged to wear a short/polo with their firm's logo. You can bring flyers with you company information and giveaways.

Event Day Logistics

Groups can arrive any time between 9 a.m.-9:45 a.m. The museum opens at 10 a.m., so all tables and activities must be set up before visitors are entering. Upon arrival you'll check in inside the Welcome Center, and they will lead you to your table location. Free parking available across the street, utilizing the skywalk.

At 3 p.m., groups are welcome to pack up their activities and load out. After you're packed up, volunteers are welcome to stay and explore the museum until they close at 5 p.m.

For setup/AM volunteers, the museum will have flatbed carts available for your use if needed.
