Volunteer Opportunity!

ACEC Indiana has been invited to participate in JA JobSpark in the Southwest region(Evansville)! Volunteers will have a chance to interact with over 5,000 8th Grade students from 15 counties across southwestern Indiana and southeastern Illinois. Students will learn more about various industries, career opportunities and the skills, education and training they will need to pursue those jobs. Volunteers are needed to facilitate a hands-on activity/demonstration. We hope you can help by volunteering or spreading the word about this opportunity! ACEC staff will set up the table with supplies for hands-on activities the day before the event. Volunteers are encouraged to wear a short/polo with their firm's logo. You can bring flyers with you company information, but no giveaways (hands-free event).
